In-Clinic Position Pay:
40% of collections ($41
  • 48/hour) Midtown Occupational Health Services is seeking a reliable, professional, and patient-focused Licensed Massage Therapist to join our multidisciplinary occupational health clinic in Denver, Colorado.
This is an in-clinic position working alongside providers delivering comprehensive care for Workers' Compensation and occupational medicine patients. Our clinic offers a wide range of services including physical therapy, medical evaluations, injections, rehabilitation services, and massage therapy. We are looking for a Massage Therapist who is comfortable working independently, managing their schedule efficiently, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to support patient recovery and return-to-work goals. Responsibilities Provide therapeutic massage treatment for a variety of patients, including Workers' Compensation and occupational injury cases Develop individualized treatment approaches based on patient condition, provider recommendations, and treatment goals Work collaboratively with physicians, physical therapists, chiropractors, and other clinical staff. Understand that patients may be receiving multiple services simultaneously, including physical therapy, injections, rehabilitation, or other occupational medicine treatments Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatments and patient progress Monitor patient response to treatment and communicate concerns or changes appropriately to the care team Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, reliability, and strong time-management skills Manage patient flow independently while maintaining high-quality patient care Qualifications Active Massage Therapy License in the State of Colorado (required) Graduate of an accredited Massage Therapy program Previous professional massage therapy experience required Strong knowledge of therapeutic, deep tissue, injury recovery, and rehabilitative massage techniques Ability to work independently and stay organized in a busy clinical setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Dependable, self-motivated, and consistently punctual Comfortable working with injured patients and individuals recovering from workplace injuries Preferred Qualifications Experience working in an occupational medicine, physical therapy, chiropractic, sports medicine, or rehabilitation setting. Familiarity with Workers' Compensation cases and documentation Experience collaborating within a multidisciplinary healthcare team Knowledge of musculoskeletal injuries and recovery protocols
