Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)

THE ROLE

This isn't your typical massage therapist position. You'll be exposed to technology and therapies you won't find in a spa — and it's gentler on your body than full-time table work. We're looking for a licensed massage therapist who wants to do more than table work. This is a hands-on clinical support role — you'll be the behind-the-scenes engine that keeps client flow running smoothly. You'll set up and operate therapeutic devices, assist our lead therapists, prep treatment rooms, and do whatever it takes to deliver a seamless client experience from check-in to checkout. Think of this as a "swiss army knife" position. No two days look the same. If you're someone who takes initiative, learns fast, and doesn't need to be told twice — this role was built for you. This is also a growth position. If you're the right fit, we'll invest in training you on our full treatment protocols with a clear path to expanded clinical responsibilities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Set up and operate therapeutic devices as part of client treatment sessions Assist lead therapists before, during, and after appointments Prep and break down treatment rooms between clients Support client flow and ensure a smooth, professional experience at every touchpoint Learn and follow MRT's treatment protocols — precision matters here Assist with client charting and session note-taking to support accurate record keeping Communicate clearly with the clinical team about session status, client needs, and any flags Take on additional responsibilities as you grow into the role

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Active Colorado LMT license (required) Reliable, detail-oriented, and coachable — you follow through and you do it right Strong interpersonal skills — our clients are often in pain and need to feel cared for Comfortable with technology and willing to learn new equipment quickly Team-first attitude — ego doesn't work here Curiosity about advanced therapy modalities and clinical practice A genuine desire to grow as a therapist — we invest in people who want to build their clinical skillset alongside the clinic

Muscle Restoration Therapy is a cash-based pain management clinic in Fort Collins specializing in advanced, protocol-driven treatment for musculoskeletal conditions. We use cutting-edge modalities including SoftWave tissue regeneration therapy, Class IV laser, PEMF, and targeted manual therapy to get clients real results — not just pain management. We're growing fast and building a team that can grow with us.
