Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. In this role, you will provide professional massage therapy services to clients following auto accidents and work-related injuries, focusing on promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. You will have the flexibility to create your own schedule while delivering exceptional patient care. Your expertise in various massage techniques and thorough understanding of anatomy and physiology will help clients achieve their health goals in a welcoming and supportive environment. Duties Perform customized massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address individual client needs Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans based on client conditions and goals Apply knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to ensure safe and effective treatments Educate clients on self-care practices and occupational health strategies to maintain long-term wellness Maintain detailed treatment records, including patient progress and session notes, in compliance with privacy standards Provide excellent customer service by creating a relaxing atmosphere and addressing client concerns professionally Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and certifications relevant to medical spa environments Qualifications Proven experience as a massage therapist with a focus on patient service and assessment Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Skilled in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques Prior experience working in a med spa or similar healthcare setting is preferred Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients Ability to work independently as an effective part of a wellness team Certification or licensure as required by state or local regulations for massage therapists Join us in delivering transformative wellness experiences!
