We are seeking a licensed Bodywork Practitioner to join our Ken Caryl provider team on a part-time, contract basis. You will deliver Therapeutic Bodywork sessions in clients' homes. We handle all client acquisition, intake, scheduling, and payment. You focus entirely on the work. If you also hold an assisted stretch or flexology certification, you are our ideal candidate. Dual-qualified practitioners are prioritized and compensated on both rate structures. PAY $60-$75 per hour, per session. Additional earnings available through session-level modality bonuses, rush booking premiums, monthly utilization bonuses, and quarterly quality bonuses. Flat rate — no tip dependence.

SCHEDULE

Part-time, flexible. You set your availability windows. We match you with clients in the Ken Caryl area within those windows. Maximum 4 sessions per day.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver 60- and 90-minute in-home therapeutic bodywork sessions Review client intake and health information before each session and adapt approach accordingly Apply techniques within your licensed scope — deep tissue, neuromuscular, myofascial, trigger point as appropriate Deliver assisted stretch sessions if certified Follow The Home Practice Method and professional standards throughout every session Complete session documentation and check-in/check-out protocols Participate in onboarding, observed technique review, and any required continuing development

REQUIREMENTS

Active Colorado LMT license or equivalent bodywork credential — required Professional liability insurance, active and verifiable — required Background check clearance — required prior to first session Reliable transportation within the Ken Caryl and Littleton area Minimum 2 years of professional bodywork delivery experience preferred Assisted stretch or flexology certification preferred — dual-qualified candidates prioritized

EMPLOYMENT TYPE

This is a 1099 independent contractor role. You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and professional licensure.
