Job Description
Spavia Belmar is hiring part-time and full-time W-2 Licensed Massage Therapists. ✔Avg pay per 60-min massage: $50
- 63 (includes gratuity) ✔Advanced services: Up to $92 for 80-100 min treatments ✔Steady schedule with loyal guests & members ✔W-2 position
- We handle marketing and supplies so you can focus on massage Transparent Pay Structure

- 54 (incl. gratuity) Advanced Deep Tissue/Sports/Salt Stone | 60 min | $59
- 63 (incl. gratuity) Extended Modalities | 80-100 min | $63
- 92 (incl. gratuity) ✔ Most guests choose advanced/extended treatments ✔ Average therapists gratuity: ~$22 included ✔ Experienced therapists at 30 hrs/week (80% scheduled) earn $70K
