Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address client needs. Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual conditions. Provide exceptional patient service by creating a welcoming, comfortable atmosphere and ensuring client satisfaction. Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend ongoing treatment options for pain management and occupational health. Maintain detailed records of treatments, patient progress, and relevant medical terminology in compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize treatment outcomes and support overall patient wellness. Ensure cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards are upheld throughout the treatment area. Skills Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy. Proven experience in patient service with excellent communication skills and empathetic listening abilities. Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques. Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop customized therapy plans. Familiarity with occupational health principles and med spa environments is preferred. Demonstrated customer service excellence with a professional attitude and attention to detail. Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of safety, hygiene, and professionalism.
