Position Overview We are seeking a skilled, passionate, and Connecticut-licensed Massage Therapist to join our award-winning spa team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a licensed CT massage therapist with a minimum of 1 year of professional experience who is dedicated to delivering an exceptional guest experience in a five-star spa setting. Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of therapeutic massage services including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Prenatal, Sports, and other specialty massage modalities
• Consult with clients prior to each session to assess individual needs, health history, and treatment goals
• Customize each massage session based on client feedback and therapeutic objectives
• Deliver spa package services including full-day retreat experiences and therapeutic treatment packages
• Recommend professional retail products and home-care routines to support client wellness between visits
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and fully organized treatment room in compliance with Connecticut state regulations and spa standards
• Educate and engage clients with warmth, professionalism, and expert knowledge
• Collaborate with the spa team to maintain a calm, welcoming, and five-star atmosphere throughout the facility Required Qualifications
• Active, valid Connecticut Massage Therapist License (required at time of hire)
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in a professional spa, resort spa, or clinical massage environment
• Strong knowledge of massage techniques, anatomy, contraindications, and client safety protocols
• Excellent client communication and consultation skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in all guest interactions
• Passion for the spa and wellness industry Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in a high-end day spa or resort spa environment
• Proficiency in specialty modalities such as Hot Stone Massage, Prenatal Massage, or Sports Massage
• Comfort with recommending and selling professional wellness retail products
• Experience delivering full spa package and retreat experiences Schedule & Location

• Flexible scheduling available including weekday and weekend shifts
