Job Description
Job Overview Versailles Medical Spa is seeking a skilled and professional Licensed Massage Therapist and Lymphatic Massage Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about wellness, client care, and delivering exceptional therapeutic, relaxation, and post-procedure recovery treatments in a luxury medical spa environment. This role is ideal for a therapist experienced in both traditional massage modalities and specialized lymphatic drainage techniques. Responsibilities Perform a variety of massage modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Sports, and Therapeutic Massage Perform Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and post-operative lymphatic massage treatments for surgical and aesthetic recovery patients Customize treatment plans based on client goals, medical history, and provider recommendations Collaborate with medical spa providers to support post-procedure healing and wellness outcomes Maintain accurate and timely client documentation Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism Create a calming, welcoming, and luxury experience for every client Educate clients on post-treatment care, hydration, and wellness recommendations Maintain treatment rooms, supplies, and equipment in accordance with spa standards Qualifications Valid Connecticut Massage Therapist License (required) Certification or experience in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and post-operative lymphatic massage preferred Minimum 1 year of massage therapy experience preferred (new graduates welcome to apply) Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and contraindications Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional demeanor, appearance, and strong attention to detail Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed Passion for wellness, aesthetics, and helping clients achieve optimal results What We Offer Competitive compensation Flexible scheduling options Beautiful, supportive, and professional medical spa environment Opportunity to collaborate with experienced aesthetic providers and wellness professionals Access to a growing client base seeking therapeutic, wellness, and post-surgical recovery services Opportunities for professional development and growth within a thriving medical spa setting Join Versailles Medical Spa and help our clients look, feel, and heal their best through exceptional massage therapy and lymphatic wellness services.
