Job Summary Growing sports medicine and physical therapy practice is dedicated to providing exceptional therapeutic and relaxation-focused services. We are opening a new location in Wilmington, Delaware! We value professionalism, compassion, and a client-centered approach. We are looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team and help deliver outstanding care. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional patient care. Responsibilities Provide high-quality massage services including deep tissue, and customized therapeutic sessions Consult with clients to understand needs and create personalized treatment plans Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment Educate clients on aftercare, wellness, and helpful practices Uphold all state licensing requirements and professional standards Qualifications Current state license as a Massage Therapist (LMT) required Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to build repeat clientele through exceptional service Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude Additional certifications (prenatal, sports, cupping, etc.) a plus! This is a part- time position •Start date is September 2026•Interviews will be conducted in office
