Job Description

J Sterling's Spa is a family owned rapidly growing spa chain in Orlando with 5 locations in Winter Park, Altamonte Springs, Lake Mary and Clermont and South Orlando. We're hiring Licensed Massage Therapists (W2 employees) for our Altamonte Springs who want ( Option for 1099 available if interested. ): Consistent bookings Stable income Stable income A professional, drama-free environment
Compensation & Perks:
$30+/hour effective earnings (including tips & incentives) W2 employment (1099 available if interested) Steady flow of clients (no marketing needed by you) Keep your schedule full - we handle the demand Duties Perform consecutive quality massage therapy sessions Design specific sessions based on clients individual needs Build your clientele by promoting the health and wellness benefits of receiving massage therapy on a regular basis Create excellent experience for clients through friendly and helpful attitude Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas Position requirements: Active Florida Massage Therapy License, Must carry liability insurance. Knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage required. Knowledge of other modalities beneficial. Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients, clinic management and sales staff. Must be able to work 1 day on weekend.
