We are building something different from the traditional spa environment. Our focus is intentional, sensory-based experiences designed to help guests slow down, disconnect from overstimulation, and feel genuinely cared for. This position is ideal for a therapist who values quality over volume, enjoys working collaboratively with other wellness professionals, and takes pride in creating calm, meaningful guest experiences. About Hollis Hollis Head Spa is a luxury wellness destination specializing in Japanese-inspired head spa treatments, scalp health services, sensory-focused facial experiences, and restorative wellness services. Our environment is intentionally quiet, peaceful, and retreat-like. We prioritize hospitality, professionalism, and presence. Guests come to Hollis to escape the noise of everyday life, and every member of our team contributes to protecting that experience. What Makes This Role Unique In addition to providing traditional massage services, this therapist will have opportunities to collaborate with our head spa and esthetics team to create integrated wellness experiences. We are looking for someone who enjoys thinking beyond a standard massage appointment and is excited about helping develop unique service offerings that complement the Hollis guest experience.
