$25.00•$35.00 per hour (Plus 100% of tips) About the Role Mindful Wellness Clermont is seeking a professional, high-integrity Licensed Massage Therapist to join our integrated clinical team. You will work in a collaborative environment alongside an Acupuncture Physician , providing targeted therapeutic support for clinical patients and luxury wellness services for private clients. This is a unique hybrid role that combines fast-paced clinical "booster" sessions with the opportunity to build deep, long-term relationships with 60-minute massage clients.

Responsibilities Clinical Collaboration:

Perform targeted 15-minute and 30-minute therapeutic massages as part of integrated treatment plans curated by the Acupuncture Physician.

Full-Service Bodywork:

Manage and execute 60-minute comprehensive massages for individual clients looking for deep tissue, relaxation, or specialized wellness care.

Clinical Integrity:

Maintain a high standard of clean beauty by using provided organic, non-toxic supplies and adhering to medical-grade hygiene protocols.

Facility Cooperation:

Participate in a "Mise en Place" work structure, including a 30-minute daily preparation of linens and workspace to ensure a 5-star patient experience. Requirements Active Florida LMT License and professional liability insurance.

Strong Clinical Knowledge:

Proficiency in therapeutic massage (Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, or Myofascial Release) in addition to Swedish/Relaxation techniques.

Professional Ethics:

Exceptional punctuality, bedside manner, and commitment to patient privacy/HIPAA standards.
