The ideal candidate is experienced in providing exceptional therapeutic and relaxation treatments while creating a warm, elevated experience for every guest. We are looking for someone who is reliable, team-oriented, attentive to detail, and dedicated to helping clients feel rejuvenated, cared for, and confident. Our spa specializes in luxury wellness experiences, advanced spa treatments, and personalized client care in a modern, high-end environment. Prenatal/Maternity Massage Certification is required, as we proudly provide specialized care for expecting mothers alongside our signature massage and wellness services. Responsibilities Provide exceptional massage therapy services tailored to each client's individual needs and wellness goals Perform therapeutic, relaxation, deep tissue, and prenatal/maternity massage treatments safely and professionally Maintain a luxury client experience through professionalism, attentiveness, and excellent customer service Conduct client consultations and review health intake forms prior to treatments Ensure treatment rooms are sanitized, organized, fully stocked, and prepared before and after each service Educate clients on treatment benefits, wellness recommendations, and home care when appropriate Maintain accurate treatment notes and follow all spa protocols and safety standards Promote a calm, welcoming, and relaxing environment for all guests Recommend spa enhancements, memberships, and retail products when appropriate Collaborate with the spa team to maintain high service standards and support daily operations Maintain active Florida Massage Therapy License and Prenatal/Maternity Massage Certification Uphold all sanitation, hygiene, and professional ethics standards in accordance with state regulations Qualifications Active Florida Massage Therapy License in good standing Prenatal/Maternity Massage Certification

REQUIRED

Minimum 1 year of massage therapy experience preferred Strong knowledge of therapeutic, relaxation, and deep tissue massage techniques Professional, dependable, and client-focused demeanor Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to create a calm, welcoming, and luxury client experience Strong understanding of sanitation, hygiene, and safety protocols Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Passion for wellness, self-care, and helping clients feel their best Experience in a spa or med spa environment preferred
