This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a therapist who can consistently deliver outstanding experiences, generate repeat clients, recommend enhancements and upgrades, assist with training new therapists, and participate in creating content that helps grow the spa. LEAD THERAPIST BONUS PROGRAM

Lead Therapist status is earned monthly. To qualify for Lead Therapist pay, therapists must consistently contribute to both client satisfaction and business growth.

Performance metrics may include:

Repeat client bookings Add-on and enhancement sales Membership referrals Client reviews and feedback Content creation participation Training and mentoring support Professionalism and reliability Therapists who do not meet Lead Therapist performance standards will revert to standard therapist compensation until goals are achieved again.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver exceptional massage therapy services Educate clients on enhancements and upgrades Build strong client relationships that encourage repeat bookings Participate in photo and video content creation Assist with training and mentoring team members Maintain treatment room standards Support Majesty's luxury guest experience Contribute to spa revenue growth through excellent client care

IDEAL CANDIDATE
