Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)

At Vitality Family Chiropractic & Wellness Center, we believe healing goes beyond pain relief. We are currently looking for a compassionate, growth-minded, and motivated Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing wellness team. This position is ideal for someone who loves connecting with people, values teamwork, believes in patient-centered care, and is excited about growing within a supportive and positive office culture. Bilingual candidates (Spanish & English) are highly preferred, but we are open to all qualified applicants.

Responsibilities:

Perform 30, 60, and 90-minute therapeutic massage sessions Consult with patients regarding pain, tension, mobility concerns, and wellness goals Educate patients on posture, stretching, relaxation, recovery, and self-care techniques Help create an exceptional patient experience from start to finish Collaborate with our chiropractic and wellness team to support treatment plans and patient progress Encourage consistency of care and wellness-focused lifestyle habits

Our Ideal Candidate Is:

Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Florida Bilingual (Spanish & English) preferred but not required Reliable, professional, and dependable Positive, coachable, and growth-minded A team player who values a family-oriented culture Passionate about helping people feel their best Personable with strong communication skills Comfortable educating and connecting with patients Observant and proactive regarding patient needs and progress Computer savvy and comfortable with documentation systems Experienced in a chiropractic, wellness, or patient-focused environment (preferred but not required)

Compensation:

Starting at $32-$40/hour depending on experience, skills, and availability, plus bonus opportunities through our structured growth plan.
