About the Role As a Massage Therapist at Hideaway Beach Club, you'll deliver exceptional massage and body treatments to our members and their guests in a serene, service-driven wellness environment. You bring expertise in various modalities, an intuitive understanding of personalized care, and a passion for helping others feel their best. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional massage and body treatments in accordance with HBA protocols and licensing standards.
- Arrive punctually and be fully prepared for each appointment, honoring all scheduled times.
- Educate members and guests on wellness practices and recommend appropriate treatments or home care.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and tranquil treatment space; restock and sanitize between sessions per Club and state standards.
- Collaborate with fellow wellness professionals to support spa operations and member satisfaction.
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with guests and team members.
- Attend regular training sessions and team meetings to maintain high service standards and expand your skills.
- Report any concerns, feedback, or maintenance issues to management in a timely manner. Qualifications
- Current Florida Massage Therapy License in good standing (compliant with Collier County regulations).
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a spa, wellness center, or premier private club.
- Proficiency in a variety of massage modalities (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, sports).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-directed with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- A genuine desire to provide personalized service and contribute to a supportive team culture.
