We are looking for a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist & Acupuncturist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional patient care through expert massage techniques and acupuncture treatments, helping clients achieve pain relief, stress reduction, healing, and overall wellness in a calming and professional setting. Perform various massage techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to alleviate pain and promote relaxation Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual needs Administer acupuncture treatments based on each client's health concerns, utilizing sound knowledge of physiology and anatomy Educate patients on post-treatment care, lifestyle adjustments, and wellness strategies Maintain detailed treatment records while adhering to medical terminology standards and privacy regulations Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive pain management plans Ensure a welcoming environment that emphasizes excellent patient service and customer satisfaction Qualifications Valid license as a Massage Therapist and Acupuncturist in the state of Florida Proven experience in patient service, assessment, and treatment planning within a medical or med spa setting Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and acupuncture Skilled in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other advanced massage techniques Familiarity with occupational health principles and pain management strategies Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients Prior experience in med spas or wellness centers is highly preferred Benefits Competitive pay with higher service price points and gratuity Flexible scheduling Employee discounts on services and retail Free monthly staff services Wellness program with $10 staff wellness visits with our PA Free staff snacks and lunch Peaceful and supportive team environment If you are passionate about helping others heal, relax, and feel their best while working in a peaceful, established wellness environment, we invite you to apply today and become part of the Essentials Medispa team.
