Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional massage therapy services that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being for our clients. Duties Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to each client's individual needs, including relaxation, therapeutic, and sports massage techniques Conduct patient assessments to understand their health history, current concerns, and treatment goals Apply your knowledge of anatomy to target specific muscle groups and address areas of tension or discomfort effectively Maintain a clean, organized treatment area in accordance with health and safety standards Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate follow-up therapies or self-care practices Keep detailed records of treatments provided, client progress, and any relevant observations Collaborate with other wellness professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans when necessary Skills Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to deliver effective massage therapy treatments Experience with patient assessment techniques to identify client needs accurately Prior experience working in a med spa or similar wellness environment is highly desirable Excellent communication skills to explain procedures clearly and build rapport with clients Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive attitude at all times Flexibility to adapt treatments based on individual client requirements and feedback Join us in creating a relaxing sanctuary where clients can unwind, heal, and rejuvenate!
