RECVR is a premium recovery and wellness space serving entrepreneurs, athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and high performers who prioritize their health and performance. We are looking for an energetic, knowledgeable, and motivated Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a performance-based environment and wants to be part of a modern recovery facility that goes beyond traditional massage therapy. Responsibilities Perform high-quality Sports Massage and Deep Tissue Massage sessions. Assist clients with one-on-one assisted stretching sessions when not scheduled for massage appointments. Educate clients on recovery techniques and recommend services based on their goals. Become knowledgeable on RECVR's recovery modalities, including: Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Red Light Therapy Compression Therapy PEMF Therapy Upsell products and services Other recovery technologies offered at RECVR Maintain accurate client notes and treatment recommendations. Build relationships with members and provide exceptional customer service. Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and prepared throughout the day. Help promote memberships and recovery packages that benefit clients. Qualifications Active Florida Massage Therapy License (Required) Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and musculoskeletal function. Experience performing Sports Massage and Deep Tissue Massage. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Passion for health, fitness, recovery, and wellness. Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment. Comfortable educating clients on recovery services and wellness strategies. Preferred Qualifications Athletic background or experience working with athletes. Certification or experience in Cupping Therapy. Certification or experience in Graston Technique or Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM). Experience with assisted stretching. Knowledge of sports performance and injury prevention.
