Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various massage techniques and be dedicated to providing exceptional patient service. As a Massage Therapist, you will assess patients' needs, develop tailored treatment plans, and utilize your expertise in pain management and anatomy to enhance their overall well-being. Responsibilities Provide a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy. Utilize knowledge of physiology and anatomy to deliver effective treatments. Maintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in a med spa setting to optimize patient care. Educate clients on self-care practices and pain management strategies. Experience Proven experience as a Massage Therapist with a strong focus on patient service. Familiarity with medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology is essential. Experience in pain management techniques and customer service is highly desirable. Knowledge of trigger point therapy and deep tissue massage is preferred. Prior experience in a med spa environment is an advantage.
