Massage Therapist

At Tribe Med Spa, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and wellness to our clients. Our spa/clinic offers a serene and welcoming environment where we focus on healing and relaxation. We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our dynamic team. This job is a commission based position.

Responsibilities:

• Perform various types of massage therapy (e.g., Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, etc.) based on client needs.
• Assess clients' condition and discuss their goals and preferences for treatment.
• Maintain accurate client records and notes for each session.
• Educate clients on posture, stretching, and other self-care techniques.
• Provide a relaxing and professional experience for clients.
• Uphold a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients.
• Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols.
• Participate in team meetings and training as required.

• Requirements:

• Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist.
• Proven experience in performing various massage techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess and recommend treatments based on client needs.
• Passion for wellness and a desire to help others.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends (if applicable).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with specialized treatments (e.g., prenatal massage, sports massage).
• Certification in additional modalities (e.g., Aromatherapy, Reflexology, etc.).
• Customer service experience.
