Massage Therapist - Independent with own clientele - to share space

I'm a Massage Therapist of 25 years and I have my own clientele. I have a lovely, clean, high class office space at the Venetian Village off Parkshore in Naples. The larger space is shared with 3 other (professional and drama free) women who do nails, skin care and permanent make up. The office is right on the water. I'm cutting down my work schedule to 3 days a week. I'm looking for another Massage Therapist who has already established clientele and wants to split the space with me. Even if you don't have a ton of clients, there is potential for referrals, from myself and the other practitioners in the office. The location gets a lot of traffic during season. I practice deep tissue, therapeutic massage. The room has almost everything needed, with an electric table and sink. The only thing you would need is your own lotion and sheets. Laundry machines in office. Have your license and liability insurance, help keep the space clean, and enjoy independence and freedom in your practice. Looking for someone to take Mondays & Fridays, also Saturday or Sunday. I work the space Tuesday-Thursday and would like to have a split day on the weekend. The rent is $550 a month. Its a great deal. Can start as early as June, and definitely looking for someone before the start of season in October. Month to month lease with 30 day notice to terminate, but as season slows in the summer, if you want to keep the space, stay put.
