Duties Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address client-specific needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual health concerns and develop tailored treatment plans Apply knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to ensure safe and effective therapies Educate clients on pain management strategies and occupational health practices to support their ongoing wellness Maintain detailed records of treatments, patient progress, and treatment outcomes in compliance with clinic policies Provide excellent patient service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client questions or concerns Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and improve therapeutic results Requirements Valid massage therapy license or certification as required by local regulations/ If you are a recent Grad and have completed a Massage Therapy or physical therapy program there may be alternative positions available to prepare you for licensing. Proven experience in medical spa settings or similar environments preferred, especially with occupational health or pain management cases Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Skilled in various massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy Excellent patient service skills with the ability to assess individual needs accurately Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members in a professional manner Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment Join us in delivering transformative wellness experiences!
