In person Job Summary Bodhi Massage Therapy & Wellness is looking for a skilled, dependable, and team-oriented Licensed Massage Therapist to join our Seminole location as an independent contractor. We are especially looking for someone who is confident in deep tissue massage, therapeutic bodywork, and client-focused care. The ideal candidate is reliable, professional, able to work independently, and also values being part of a supportive team environment. This is a great opportunity for an LMT who already has a client base or for a motivated therapist who is willing to build their book of business at Bodhi. Because we are located in Seminole, we strongly prefer someone who lives nearby or can reliably commute to our location. Experience with neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, or post-surgical massage is a plus. What We're Looking For Active Florida massage therapy license Current professional liability insurance Ability to obtain or carry any required occupational license through the City of Seminole Strong deep tissue and therapeutic massage skills Team-oriented, reliable, and professional Comfortable working as an independent contractor Able to work with minimal supervision Basic computer proficiency Strong communication and client service skills Interested in building long-term client relationships Existing client base is a plus, but not required Duties and Responsibilities Provide high-quality massage therapy services tailored to each client's needs Perform deep tissue, therapeutic, relaxation, trigger point, and other appropriate massage techniques Conduct client assessments and customize sessions based on client goals and concerns Maintain accurate client notes and treatment records Create a welcoming, professional, and healing environment for clients Communicate clearly with clients regarding pressure, comfort, goals, and follow-up care Work respectfully and professionally with the Bodhi team Maintain cleanliness and professionalism in treatment rooms and shared spaces Ideal Candidate Our ideal therapist is someone who is not just looking for a room to work out of, but someone who wants to be part of a positive wellness environment.
