Duties Perform customized massage therapy sessions including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address specific client needs Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans based on individual physiology and health conditions Apply knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to ensure safe and effective treatments Educate clients on pain management techniques, occupational health practices, and self-care strategies Maintain detailed treatment records, documenting patient progress and therapy outcomes accurately Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment adhering to all health regulations and sanitation standards Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care when necessary Experience Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current certification in good standing Proven experience in patient service with excellent customer service skills Hands-on experience performing deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other therapeutic modalities Strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Prior work in med spa or occupational health settings is highly desirable Ability to assess patient needs effectively and tailor treatments accordingly Knowledge of pain management techniques and holistic approaches to wellness Embark on a rewarding career where your expertise transforms lives!
