MASSAGE THERAPY INSTRUCTOR

Duties Deliver engaging classroom instruction on massage techniques, anatomy, and industry standards, ensuring clarity and student understanding Develop detailed lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and industry requirements Demonstrate various massage modalities Provide hands-on supervision and feedback during practical sessions to enhance student skill development Assess student progress through evaluations, practical exams, and ongoing feedback to support their growth Foster a positive learning environment that encourages questions, discussion, and active participation Skills Extensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to massage therapy and aesthetic treatments Proven experience in teaching or training adults in a classroom or clinical setting Strong understanding of massage modalities Ability to develop engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire students Requirements ✅ Active Florida Massage License ✅ Minimum 2 years of barbering experience massage therapy ✅ Teaching experience preferred ✅ Intermediate English proficiency (required); bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred). ✅ Strong communication and leadership skills Join us in shaping talented professionals by sharing your expertise in massage therapy!
