Job Responsibilities:
Design specific treatment plans based on client's individual needs. Create an excellent experience for members/guests through a friendly and helpful attitude. Generate repeat clientele by promoting enhancements, member referrals and membership benefits. Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas. Be a team player with a positive caring attitude.Job Qualifications:
Maintain active and clear massage license in the state of Florida. Adhere to state licensing laws and regulations. Carry personal liability insurance. Able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff. Knowledge of other various modalities a plus, but not required (Neuromuscular, Trigger Point, Pre-natal, Deep Tissue). Hand and Stone offers training in all modalities to our team members! Understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.Company Benefits:
