In this role, you will deliver exceptional massage therapy services designed to promote recovery, pain relief, flexibility, and overall well-being for our diverse clientele. Your expertise will help clients achieve their health and wellness goals through personalized treatment plans and professional care. Duties Provide professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other modalities tailored to individual client needs Provide Add-on services like cupping, hot stones, massage gun, etc. Conduct stretch therapy services as requested Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand their health concerns, preferences, and treatment goals Educate clients on self-care practices, post-treatment routines, and injury prevention strategies while recommending our services (sauna, cold plunge, red light) Collaborate with other therapists on staff and our studio staff to provide world-class hospitality and service to our clients Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients by adhering to sanitation protocols and safety guidelines Stay current with industry trends, certifications, and continuing education opportunities to enhance your skills Requirements Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification to practice legally Proven experience in patient service with excellent customer service skills Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and how they relate to massage therapy techniques Proficiency in patient assessment to identify areas of tension or injury requiring targeted treatment Experience with deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques preferred Familiarity with medical or med spa environments is a plus Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients and collaborate with team members Join us if you're eager to bring your expertise into a thriving environment where your skills directly contribute to clients' health journeys.
