Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional massage therapy services designed to promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being for our diverse clientele. Your expertise will help clients achieve their health and wellness goals through personalized treatment plans, utilizing advanced massage techniques and a thorough understanding of human physiology. Duties Perform professional massage therapy sessions including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other modalities tailored to individual client needs Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and document progress accurately Educate clients on self-care techniques and recommend ongoing therapies for pain management and occupational health benefits Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment in compliance with health regulations and licensing standards Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care when necessary Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and clinic productivity Stay current with industry best practices, new massage techniques, and relevant medical terminology to enhance service quality Requirements Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification Proven experience in patient service, including patient assessment and customized treatment planning Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect empathetically with clients Familiarity with occupational health principles and med spa environments is preferred Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced setting Join us if you're eager to bring your skills into a vibrant environment where your passion for healing makes a real difference.
