Our membership-based model provides loyal recurring guests, predictable schedules, and steady bookings so you can focus on delivering exceptional care instead of worrying about marketing, laundry, supplies, or building a client base from scratch. Additional Income Opportunities In addition to treatment pay and gratuities, therapists may earn additional income through: Service enhancements Retail recommendations Performance incentives and bonuses Many therapists increase their earnings over time as they build relationships with recurring guests. Schedule Options We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities. Typical shifts are 5-6 hours and generally consist of four to five services per shift. Weekend and evening availability is preferred. We work hard to create schedules that provide consistency and work-life balance.
