Job Description
Job Summary We are looking for highly motivated & passionate professional spa members to join our team. Are you customer service oriented, love helping people and caring for others? If so, we would love to meet you. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality massage therapy services to guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of anatomy and physiology, as well as the ability to tailor treatments to meet individual guest needs. The Massage Therapist will work in a collaborative environment, focusing on pain management and overall health and wellbeing. Position Requirements Must be able to perform various types of massage techniques, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to effectively address guest concerns. Proficient in pain management strategies and techniques. Familiarity with medical terminology related to massage therapy practices. Ability to perform various massage techniques tailored to individual guest needs. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members. Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills with ability to build rapport with guests. Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality. Exceptional time management awareness. Exceptional organizational skills and tidiness. Exceptional team player. Must be able to work weekends and some evenings Position Qualifications Must hold and maintain a current state license. Must be able to stand for a minimum of 6 hours a day.
