For newer therapists:

You do not need years of experience to succeed at Willow. We are happy to support therapists who are newer to the industry but eager to learn, grow, and build a loyal clientele within a supportive environment. Responsibilities Provide customized massage sessions based on guest goals and needs Create an elevated, welcoming, and relaxing guest experience Maintain professionalism and cleanliness in treatment spaces Educate clients on treatment recommendations and wellness support Encourage rebooking and long-term care plans naturally through exceptional service Work collaboratively within a team-focused environment Schedule Availability Preferred Full Time availability includes: Available to be scheduled Tuesday-Friday between 9am-7pm Some Saturdays Compensation & Benefits We are open to structuring compensation based on experience and availability.
