Licensed Massage Therapist - Part-Time

Responsibilities Perform customized massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address specific client needs. Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans based on individual health conditions and goals. Apply knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to ensure safe and effective treatments aligned with best practices. Educate clients on self-care strategies, occupational health considerations, and pain management techniques to enhance their recovery process. Maintain detailed documentation of each session, including patient progress, treatment notes, and any observations relevant to ongoing care. Uphold the highest standards of patient service by creating a welcoming environment that fosters trust and comfort. Stay current with industry trends, certifications, and continuing education opportunities related to medical spa services and massage therapy. Qualifications Valid Georgia state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification in good standing. Proven experience in patient service, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and personalized care. Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques. Solid understanding of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy. Prior experience working in a med spa or occupational health setting is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills to effectively assess patient needs and explain treatment plans clearly. Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism working in a team-oriented fast-paced environment. Our focus is providing high-quality, thoughtful, individualized care in a calm, professional environment. $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
