Position Overview We are seeking a passionate, client-centered Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our practitioner collective. This role is ideal for a massage therapist who values autonomy, holistic healing, and professional growth while benefiting from shared studio resources and access to an active client base. Responsibilities Provide customized therapeutic massage services based on client needs Maintain accurate session notes and client records Uphold sanitation, ethical, and professional standards Rebook and retain clients through exceptional care Collaborate with other holistic practitioners when appropriate Participate in community wellness events, promotions, or studio initiatives Manage scheduling through Fresha booking software What Evolve Provides Beautiful professional treatment space Established and growing clientele with referral opportunities Online booking and payment processing Social media promotion and marketing support Business coaching and growth mentorship Client management tools Professional community and referral network Access to wellness events and collaborations Requirements Active Georgia Massage Therapy License Professional liability insurance Strong interpersonal and communication skills Passion for holistic wellness and client care Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment Experience in therapeutic, deep tissue, prenatal, sports, or specialty modalities preferred but not required Preferred Qualities Entrepreneurial mindset Commitment to client retention and service excellence Interest in integrative wellness Professional, reliable, and self-motivated Compensation Structure Practitioner keeps majority of service revenue $30 per session studio fee Membership options available for continued studio access and business support Why Join Evolve?
