Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional massage therapy services designed to promote relaxation, alleviate pain, and enhance overall well-being. Your expertise will help clients achieve their health and wellness goals through personalized treatment plans in a welcoming and professional environment. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to providing outstanding patient care while maintaining high standards of professionalism and safety. Responsibilities Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address client needs effectively. Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual health concerns, preferences, and treatment goals. Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy, including pain management and occupational health strategies. Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, patient responses, and progress notes in compliance with privacy regulations. Ensure a safe, clean, and relaxing environment by adhering to sanitation protocols and professional standards. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary to develop comprehensive wellness plans. Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education requirements to enhance skills. Experience Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification. Proven experience in patient service, demonstrating excellent communication and customer service skills. Hands-on experience with various massage modalities such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy. Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to therapeutic massage. Prior experience in pain management treatments is advantageous. Pay is DOE. Commission plus tips!!!
