Licensed Massage Therapist

Duties Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address specific client needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual health concerns and develop tailored treatment plans Apply knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to ensure safe and effective therapy practices Educate clients on self-care strategies and recommend appropriate therapies for ongoing pain management and occupational health concerns Maintain detailed treatment records, including session notes and progress reports, in compliance with licensing regulations Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere, listening attentively, and addressing client questions or concerns Stay current with industry best practices and participate in continuing education opportunities to enhance skills and certifications Qualifications Valid state license as a Massage Therapist with active certification to practice professionally Proven experience in patient service, patient assessment, and delivering various massage techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Prior experience working in a med spa or similar healthcare setting is preferred Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain client trust Knowledge of occupational health principles related to workplace ergonomics and injury prevention is a plus Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us in providing transformative wellness experiences that empower clients to feel their best every day!
