About Mighty IV Med Spa Mighty IV Med Spa is a new, locally owned and operated med spa in Chicago with a young, energetic team of medical professionals. We are growing quickly and looking for Licensed Massage Therapists who want to be part of something from the ground floor. We are looking for dedicated, flexible, hard-working, fitness-oriented LMTs who enjoy helping people feel better, move better, recover better, and live better. About the Role This position may include both med spa massage appointments and mobile massage appointments around Chicago. Some appointments may take place in a mobile massage unit, so applicants should be comfortable traveling locally as part of the job. Bookings are provided, scheduling is flexible, and gratuity is included. There is no non-compete clause , so you can continue building your career while joining a growing team. What You'll Do Provide professional massage therapy services to clients in a med spa and/or mobile setting Deliver a clean, safe, polished, and friendly client experience Arrive on time and ready for each appointment Maintain professional communication with clients and team members Help create a calm, positive, high-quality wellness experience Travel to mobile massage appointments around Chicago when scheduled Follow company policies for safety, cleanliness, client care, and professionalism Who We're Looking For We are looking for LMTs who are: Licensed in Illinois as a Massage Therapist Reliable, professional, and punctual Friendly, positive, and easy to work with Fitness-oriented, wellness-minded, or recovery-focused Comfortable working with an energetic medical and wellness team Flexible with scheduling Interested in growing with a new local med spa Comfortable with mobile appointments around Chicago Looking for a workplace where they can build long-term relationships and be part of a team Requirements Active Illinois Licensed Massage Therapist license Clean driving record Reliable transportation Ability to travel around Chicago for mobile appointments Must pass a background screen Must pass a drug screen Professional appearance and communication Strong work ethic and client-first attitude Why Join Us?
