Licensed Massage Therapist, Independent Contractor The Self Sanctuary Chicago, IL Job Details Contract $50 - $65 an hour 8 hours ago Benefits Opportunities for advancement Qualifications Customer communication Intake Client rapport building Massage Therapy License Client services Patient treatment Licensed Massage Therapist Full Job Description We are looking to hire 1 experienced Licensed Massage Therapist for The Self Sanctuary in Lakeview, Chicago. The ideal candidate would have availability for at least two of the following shifts: Tuesday (approx. 3:30-8:30pm) Thursday (10am -3pm) Possible Friday Hours Sunday (1pm-6pm) Shift hours may have some flexibility. Preferred start date would be as soon as possible. Compensation is dependent on experience and skills. Pay ranges from $50-55/hour, PLUS 100% of gratuities.
Responsibilities :
Perform verbal patient intake assessments to determine appropriate massage techniques and treatment plans Provide therapeutic massage in 60 or 90 minute appointment time slots
Requirements :
Current Illinois Massage Therapist License Current Professional Liability Insurance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to provide exceptional client service with empathy and compassion
Preferred Qualifications:
