Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)

We are seeking passionate, skilled, and professional Licensed Massage Therapists to join our growing team. If you love helping others feel their best, thrive in a supportive and positive atmosphere, and want to be part of a spa that values excellence, community, and holistic well-being — we'd love to meet you. ⸻ Responsibilities Perform a variety of customized massage therapies, including (but not limited to): Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Prenatal, Lymphatic, and Hot Stone Massage. Assess each client's individual needs and tailor treatments for optimal results. Maintain a clean, organized, and peaceful treatment room in accordance with spa standards. Educate clients on ongoing wellness, self-care, and potential add-on services. Uphold all state and local licensing requirements and ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines. Build and maintain a loyal client base through professionalism, consistency, and exceptional service. Collaborate with our front desk and management team to ensure smooth daily operations. ⸻ Qualifications Must hold a current Illinois Massage Therapy License (or be in the process of obtaining one). Passion for health, wellness, and client care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
