Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join annd grow with our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of various massage techniques and be dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. This role involves assessing patients' needs, creating tailored treatment plans, and delivering effective massage therapy to promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. Description To start, the work schedule will be Monday (flexible hours) and Thursday (flexible hours). More hours will be available depending on growth. This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and treatment goals. Administer various types of massage therapies, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy. Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that address specific health concerns such as pain management and occupational health. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients in a med spa setting. Provide excellent customer service by ensuring clients feel comfortable and informed throughout their treatment sessions. Stay updated on the latest techniques in physiology and anatomy to enhance therapeutic skills. Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on feedback and assessment results. Skills Proficient in trigger point therapy and deep tissue massage techniques. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to effectively assess patient conditions. Excellent patient service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Experience in pain management strategies and occupational health practices is preferred. Ability to communicate effectively with clients regarding their treatment plans and progress.
