Job Description
Position Summary Solaia Luxury Salon & Spa in downtown Naperville is looking for a Massage Therapist to join our team. We have someone retiring and we are looking for a therapist to take on current clientele as well as new clients. We offer flexible schedules and competitive compensation. We are looking to hire as soon as possible. Duties and Responsibilities Provide 60-90 minutes of licensed massage therapy Perform hands-on management of pain and discomfort, using appropriate techniques Instruct, counsel, and assist in the treatment of patients with different levels of pain or discomfort and relaxation goals Perform various treatments such as Swedish, Deep Tissue and Hot Stone. We are happy to train on these and all other upgrades Perform detailed consultation Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment Provide excellent customer service to our guests Other duties as assigned by manager Skills and Qualifications Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong work ethic Ability to communicate clearly with clients and management at all times Ability to work independently with little supervision
