You will deliver exceptional massage services while helping clients build self-care routines they look forward to returning for.
You will be responsible for: Providing professional, customized massage services based on each guest's needs and goals Creating a warm, calming, luxury-level experience from consultation through checkout Educating guests on treatment recommendations, wellness benefits, and at-home care when appropriate Building strong client relationships that encourage rebooking and referrals Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment space Supporting team promotions, open houses, and spa growth initiatives Upholding Solaris standards for professionalism, guest care, cleanliness, and teamwork We're Looking for Someone Who Holds an active Indiana Massage Therapy license Has a genuine passion for helping people feel their best Is confident, warm, professional, and emotionally intuitive with guests Understands the value of consultation, customization, and client retention Is dependable, self-motivated, and takes pride in their work Is excited to grow within a team environment Has strong communication skills and a positive, solution-focused attitude Enjoys recommending the right service, treatment plan, or home-care product when it genuinely supports the guest's goals Experience with modalities such as deep tissue, relaxation, prenatal, hot stone, cupping, or other specialty services is a plus, but we value a great attitude, strong hands, and a commitment to delivering an unforgettable client experience above all else. Schedule & Compensation We are open to discussing part-time or full-time availability for the right candidate.
