Licensed Massage Therapist (Part-Time)Just You Aesthetic Medicine | Merrillville, Indiana Just You Aesthetic Medicine is seeking an experienced, motivated, and client-focused Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing wellness team on a part-time basis. We are looking for a therapist who is interested in building a long-term home within an established women's health and wellness practice. This position is ideal for a massage therapist who already has an existing clientele while also being excited to grow their practice through referrals from our medical, women's health, and aesthetics teams. About Us Just You is part of a collaborative wellness environment alongside MomSense and Optimum Women's Health. Our team is dedicated to helping women feel their best through education, support, evidence-based care, and personalized wellness services. We believe in creating meaningful relationships with our clients and delivering an exceptional experience at every visit. What We're Looking For Active Indiana Massage Therapy License Strong communication and customer service skills Experience providing therapeutic, relaxation, prenatal, and/or specialty massage services Existing clientele preferred Ability and desire to build and grow a client base Professional, dependable, and self-motivated Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary wellness team Responsibilities Provide exceptional massage therapy services tailored to client needs Educate clients on wellness, self-care, and treatment recommendations Build and maintain strong client relationships Participate in referral opportunities within our practice Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional treatment environment What We Offer Beautiful wellness clinic setting Existing client traffic and referral opportunities Commission based pay; no rental fees Collaborative environment with women's health providers, lactation consultants, and aesthetics professionals Flexible scheduling Opportunity to grow your practice within a respected and expanding organization Schedule Part-time with flexible availability. We are specifically seeking coverage on days our current massage therapist is not in the office, with the opportunity to expand hours as demand grows. Currently, the open days available would be Wednesdays and Fridays; possibility of adding weekends as an open conversation.
