Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) Flourish Integrative Health - Vincennes, IN Flourish Integrative Health is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our growing integrative wellness clinic in Vincennes, Indiana. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping patients feel better, open to collaboration, and excited to be part of a supportive, team-focused environment. This is a great opportunity for a therapist who wants to focus on patient care while we help support scheduling, marketing, and clinic operations. About Flourish Integrative Health Flourish is an integrative health clinic offering services such as acupuncture, massage therapy, IV therapy, vitamin injections, and wellness services. We focus on whole-body care and creating a welcoming environment for both patients and providers. Position Overview As a Licensed Massage Therapist at Flourish, you will provide massage services tailored to patient needs while working alongside other healthcare and wellness providers. What We Offer Clinic-provided patient scheduling (we help fill your books) Established patient base + consistent referrals Supportive, team-oriented environment Flexible scheduling options (weekdays, evenings, and/or weekends) Front desk support for check-in/out and payments Opportunity to grow your clientele within a well-known local clinic Responsibilities Provide high-quality therapeutic massage services Customize sessions based on patient needs and goals Maintain accurate and timely charting/documentation Communicate professionally with patients and team members Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment space Check in/out and schedule own patients when front desk is not in Qualifications Active Indiana Massage Therapy License (required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and adapt within an integrative care setting Reliable and professional Preferred (but not required) Experience with therapeutic/deep tissue massage Interest in working with clinical or referral-based patients Experience with SOAP notes or electronic charting systems Schedule Flexible - we are especially looking for coverage during: Evenings Weekends Some weekday availability Compensation Competitive compensation (based on experience and employment structure) Opportunities for growth within the clinic How to Apply Please send your resume and a brief introduction to: kdecker@flourishintegrativehealth.org Why Join Flourish?
