Commission-based starting at 30% Job Overview Asaya Massage & Wellness is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our established wellness practice. We are a client-centered studio focused on therapeutic, customized massage care in a professional and supportive environment. This position is ideal for a therapist who is reliable, skilled in multiple techniques, and looking to grow within a consistent client base. Responsibilities Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to client needs Conduct client intake and assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans Provide services including Swedish, deep tissue, and therapeutic massage Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized treatment room Document sessions accurately using SOAP notes Educate clients on treatment plans and follow-up care Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional boundaries Qualifications Active Kentucky Massage Therapy License (required) Knowledge of anatomy, contraindications, and massage techniques Experience with deep tissue and therapeutic massage preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage schedule effectively Professional, reliable, and client-focused Benefits Flexible scheduling Established client base with in-house referrals Fully furnished treatment room Supportive work environment Opportunities for growth after 90-day review Schedule Weekday availability required Occasional Saturday availability preferred Work Location In-person - Campbellsville, KY How to Apply Submit your resume and a brief introduction outlining your experience and availability.
