In this role, you will provide exceptional massage therapy services designed to promote relaxation, alleviate pain, and enhance overall well-being. Your expertise will help clients achieve their health goals through personalized treatment plans, combining technical proficiency with compassionate care. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on clients' lives while working in a supportive and energetic environment. Responsibilities Deliver a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address client needs effectively. Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual health concerns and develop tailored treatment plans. Educate clients on pain management strategies, physiology, and anatomy to enhance their understanding of treatment benefits. Maintain detailed records of each session, including patient progress and treatment notes, ensuring compliance with medical terminology standards. Provide excellent patient service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client questions or concerns professionally. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support occupational health initiatives and holistic wellness programs. Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and certifications such as med spa treatments to continually elevate service quality. Experience Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification. Proven experience in patient service, patient assessment, and delivering various massage modalities such as deep tissue and trigger point therapy. Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to therapeutic massage. Prior experience working in a med spa or similar healthcare setting is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build trust with clients. Familiarity with occupational health practices and pain management strategies is a plus.
