Responsibilities Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address client needs and pain points Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual health conditions and goals Educate clients on self-care practices and post-treatment recommendations for ongoing wellness Maintain detailed records of treatments, client progress, and health history in compliance with privacy regulations Collaborate with other healthcare professionals or medical personnel when necessary to support patient health and occupational safety Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients by adhering to sanitation standards and clinic protocols Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education opportunities to enhance skills and service quality Skills Strong patient service orientation with excellent communication skills Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Proficiency in various massage modalities such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy Ability to assess patient needs accurately and develop effective treatment strategies for pain management Experience in occupational health or medical spa settings is preferred Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Familiarity with patient assessment techniques and holistic health principles Join us to help clients feel their best through expert touch, compassionate care, and innovative therapies.
