• Assess clients' soft tissue condition, joint quality and function, muscle strength, and range of motion.
• Obtain patients' informed consent to proposed interventions.
• Refer clients to other types of therapists when necessary.
• Research current massage therapy practices and share with the team.
• Document treatments and notes.
• Keeps massage supplies ready by checking stock; anticipating needs; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt; stocking items.
• Provides in service education programs for nursing personnel as needed.
• Collaborate with all Departments. Education High School Diploma or Equivalent required or Associate's Degree Related Field of Study preferred Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No Licenses and Credentials Massage Therapist [Commonwealth of Massachusetts]
