The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various massage techniques and a commitment to providing exceptional client care. This role involves assessing patient needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic massage services to promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall wellness. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and preferences. Develop and implement customized massage therapy plans based on patient evaluations. Perform various massage techniques including deep tissue, spa treatments and relaxation methods. Maintain accurate records of patient treatments and progress. Educate patients on the benefits of massage therapy and self-care practices. Collaborate with other massage professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols in accordance with industry standards. Provide excellent customer service to enhance the overall client experience. Maintain client confidentiality at all times. Skills Proficient in deep tissue and other massage techniques. Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology to effectively address patient needs. Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to occupational health settings. Excellent patient assessment skills for evaluating individual treatment requirements. Strong customer service skills to foster positive relationships with clients. Experience in a spa environment is a plus but not required. Commitment to continuous professional development in the field of massage therapy.
