This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional massage therapy services that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall wellness. As a key member of our wellness team, you will utilize your expertise to assess patient needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic massage sessions that enhance our clients' health and vitality. Your energetic approach and dedication to patient care will help create a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and cared for every visit. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify individual needs, preferences, and areas of concern Develop customized massage therapy plans incorporating techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy for effective pain management Perform various massage modalities including deep tissue, relaxation, and occupational health massages to address diverse client needs Educate clients on physiology, anatomy, and self-care practices to support ongoing wellness goals Maintain detailed treatment records, ensuring compliance with medical terminology standards and privacy regulations Collaborate with other healthcare professionals or medical staff as needed to optimize patient outcomes Promote a positive client experience through excellent customer service, active listening, and professional communication Experience Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification to practice in Proven experience in patient service with a focus on therapeutic massage techniques such as deep tissue and trigger point therapy Strong knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Prior experience working in a med spa or occupational health setting is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to assess patient conditions accurately and tailor treatments accordingly Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor that fosters client trust and satisfaction Familiarity with pain management strategies and holistic approaches to wellness is preferred Join us in delivering revitalizing therapies that make a real difference!
